WORKSHOP TUITION IS $1,000 per person. Processing this order online will complete your deposit and hold a space in your desired workshop. If the workshop dates are listed in the menu, it is OPEN. This $300 deposit will hold your reservation. Balance is due the first day of class.

Reservations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis, and may not be "held" over the phone.
We will mail a confirmation of your enrollment within 48 hours of our receipt of this form and deposit. Your confirmation packet will include your book, DVD, hotel suggestions and a map to assist you with your travel plans.
If you choose to make a reservation with a CHECK / MONEY ORDER: We require a check or money order in the amount of $300 (per person) which is applied to your workshop tuition. Mailing address: 17 N Rose, Ste A, Mt. Clemens, MI 48043
Due to the limited number of reservations available, in the event that you cancel your reservation less than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the scheduled workshop, your deposit is NONREFUNDABLE AND NONTRANSFERABLE.
If you cancel your reservation with more than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the scheduled workshop, you will receive a $200 refund.
Students must be 18 years of age or older to attend workshops.
