AND CONDITIONS

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please feel free to call
or email to confirm pricing or to request a quotation.
Return
Policy
No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization and must
include a RGA number. All return shipments must be prepaid. No returns will
be accepted more than 30 days after original invoice date.
Fournier Enterprises
will pay for return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (e.g.
shipped incorrect product).
VIDEOS
/ DVDs:
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any video or DVD, in its original,
unopened, condition for a full refund. VHS tapes or DVDs that are opened or
defective may only be exchanged for the exact same title and format.
BOOKS:
Books are
non-refundable, unless damaged in shipping. If you need to return a book due
shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of order receipt and we will
promptly replace your book.
TOOLS:
All tools carry a 30-day money back guarantee. If for any reason they do not
meet your requirements, they may be returned to us, freight prepaid, within
the 30-day period, for credit. This warranty shall not apply to any tool which
has been subjected to misuse, neglect or accident, nor shall it apply to any
tool which has been repaired or altered in any way. All tools of manufacture
other than Fournier Enterprises are covered by that manufacturer's warranty,
which is a minimum of 30 days. This warranty covers replacing any parts that
are found defective as to material or workmanship only when the tools are returned
to us, transportation prepaid and subject to our inspection and approval.
Please Note: A 20% restocking fee will apply to any and all "drop
shipped" and "special order" tools and equipment. Customer is
responsible for return freight and insurance.
Special
Order Policy
When you place a Special Order, that means that you are ordering an item
that is a non-stock or "Special" order. Different terms may apply to Special
Orders. In all cases, the following terms will apply:
- 50% deposit
is usually required at time of order, balance COD;
- Payment by
cashiers check or wire transfer only - no credit cards;
- A 20% restocking
fee will be charged on the return of special ordered items. These items must
be returned in "like new" condition. Customer is responsible for payment of
return freight and insurance fees.
Consumer
Information Regarding Lost or Damaged Shipments
We
take pride in carefully packaging and shipping our customer's purchases and
shipping them as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, sometimes "glitches"
happen beyond our control. Here are some guidelines in the event of a lost or
damaged package. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, so please know
that we will do everything in our power to make sure our customers are well
taken care of!
Lost
Package Reporting
In the event of a lost / undelivered package, Fournier (the shipper) will handle
reporting a lost package claim for our customers.
In order to be considered lost, a package must be undelivered 48 hours after
the expected delivery date and time. A report cannot be made until then.
UPS will then conduct a "package search" which includes a complete investigation
to locate the package. The investigation may include a search of the UPS shipping
system and operation centers, or calls to recipients or shippers. For this reason
it is important for us to have a daytime phone number at which a UPS representative
may easily reach you.
Usually, most lost package reports are resolved in 7 - 10 business days. For
this reason, our policy is to not re-ship merchandise until such time as UPS
has concluded their investigation.
Damaged
Packages
In the event of a damaged package resulting in loss of goods or damaged goods,
please contact Fournier Enterprises directly. It is important that you retain
the original shipping carton and packaging materials. Depending on the claim,
a damage inspection may be performed by UPS. This inspection is necessary for
UPS claims processing.
In the event of
damaged / broken goods, Fournier will replace the goods at no charge.
Consumer
Information Regarding Sales Tax
Online
retailers are required to charge sales tax on items shipped to states where
they have a physical presence. Fournier Enterprises charges sales tax in the
state of Michigan.
