Tip #1.5 for DHC2000 Torch.
We recommend having as many tip sizes as possible for your DHC2000 torch, and we're glad ½ size tips are now available.
When working with low line pressure, it is very important to match the tip size to the metal being welded. For instance, for .050 aluminum we use the #1 tip and for .080 aluminum we use the #2 tip. In the past Ron and Dan debated over which tip to use on .063 aluminum: Dan liked the #2 tip and Ron preferred the #1 tip. But, now everyone's happy using the 1.5 tip in that situation.
Identified by one full and one partial groove on barrel. For use in welding materials of 3 mm to 6 mm and 3/16″ to 1/8″
This tip is included with the purchase of every DHC 2000 Torch Kit.
